This week, Champagne Bollinger unveiled the new La Grande Année 2008 at an intimate dinner event held at Fred’s Restaurant in Paddington, revealing a wine of infinite depth from one of the most anticipated vintages of Champagne since the start of the 21st century.


The embodiment of carefully preserved traditional expertise of Bollinger Champagne House, La Grande Année is exclusively vinified in small oak barrels, a traditional craft method used by Bollinger to develop aromas of great finesse.

La Grande Année 2008 will be available nationally in August 2019 across selected retailers including The Wine Emporium, The Champagne Gallery and Prince Wine Stores with an RRP of $250.


W Bali’s Hottest Summer Party Returns

W Bali – Seminyak is bringing Ibiza vibes to the island with the return of SPF, the hotel’s annual summer party and Bali’s most anticipated event of the year!


This Saturday, guests and locals will take it from day to night with the hottest DJs and Bali’s favourite cocktails. W Bali is taking the party to the next level this year, bringing Ibiza vibes to the island with a ‘White Heat, Boho Beat’ pop-up at Woosky to celebrate the opening of W Ibiza.


Poppin’ Bottles at W Brisbane

W Brisbane don’t need an excuse to heat things up and pop a bottle (or two) of champagne, launching their new Poppin’ Bottles menu at Living Room Bar. Bringing back a retro fave, cheesey and chocolatey fondue and a new champagne bottle service.


A deliciously rich and savory Fondue is on offer made with gooey local Woombye Washrind & Triple Cream Brie, accompanied with dipping must-haves ranging from Apricots, Strawberries, Dates, Figs, Honeycomb, Charcoal Breadsticks, Lavosh and Dehydrated Banana.


For those with a sweet tooth the decadent Valrhona Chocolate Fondue will definitely delight with every sweet treats ranging from Marshmallows, Strawberries, Mini Waffles and Honeycomb to Raspberry Muffins, Pancakes, and Croissant Pieces.


A range of gourmet bites are also available from cult favourite Truffle Fries, a Soft Lobster Sandwich and Charcoal Sliders with Kobe Beef and 24-Month Aged Cheddar Cheese.
